Michael discovered his interest and passion for acting early on and by the age of 23, Michael had a leading role in the feature film SUDDENLY UNEXPECTED that had limited theatrical release, as well as a featured role in a film called SUPREME BELIEF AND LADY LUCK at the 2003 Sundance Film Lab. Michael also had small roles in Day Of Defense, Everwood and Touched By An Angel. Following the decision to pursue a career in film full-time, Michael decided to jump behind the camera, working as a personal assistant and ultimately assistant directing on six different films. In 2008, Michael executive produced a film staring Danny Glover, Samuel Jackson, Julia Stiles and Angela Bassett entitled GOSPEL HILL. Michael is now writing, directing and producing feature films for his own production and distribution company, Prevalent Studios. He is backed by a strong team of co-producers as well as crewmembers that he has met over a career span of twelve years.
